Activities Coordinator

12.35 per hour

40 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)

Healthcare Homes are recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Olive House in Newton Flotman.


Our Activities team are fundamental to the residents' sense of wellbeing and social enhancement. You will ensure the activities schedule in the home plays a key part in ensuring the routines and daily activities they undertake are varied, stimulating and fun. The role really enables you to bring out your creativity, adapting activity programmes that respect individuals needs while also establishing links with the local community to encourage their involvement and increase social interaction.

Olive House provides residential and respite care to the elderly living in Norfolk. The home is purpose built with wide corridors and is well lit. The large rooms are filled with laughter and there is a genuine family feel among the residents and the long-standing care team

Olive House is situated in the village of Newton Flotman in Norfolk, approximately eight miles south of Norwich. The Home has 45 bedrooms, a selection of lounges, dining rooms and well-kept gardens.
