Activities, Sports & Engagement Support Worker

Nuneaton CV10 Salary: Up to 29,000 per year Hours: Full-time, permanent (including evening and weekends)

We're looking for a Sports, Activities & Engagement Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You'll work alongside our Sports, Activity, Community & Engagement Manager, supporting children and young people in our homes to access opportunities that make a real difference in their lives.

What you'll do:

Inspire and encourage young people to get involved in sports, hobbies, and creative activities. Plan and deliver fun, safe and inclusive sessions that reflect individual interests. Support young people to access community activities, sports clubs and events. Work closely with care teams to integrate activities into day-to-day life. Be a positive role model, promoting healthy lifestyles, teamwork and self-belief.

What we're looking for:

Qualification in youth work, sports coaching, health and fitness, or related area.

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to thrive.

Energy, creativity, and the ability to build trust and positive relationships.

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when activities require it.

A full UK driving licence (desirable).
