Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and caring individual to join our team as the Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator (Customer Experience Lead) This role is all about enriching the lives of the people who live here through meaningful engagement and fostering a strong sense of community both inside and outside The Maples

Responsibilities and Duties

Enrichment & Engagement: Plan and organise social events, birthday celebrations, and fundraising activities that bring joy and fulfilment to our residents. Community Integration: Foster connections with local schools, churches, and other community organisations to enhance experiences. Outdoor Activities: Encourage participation in outdoor activities, including gardening and community outings, using our branded black cab. Family-Like Atmosphere: Uphold our 'Ohana' ethos by ensuring every person feels secure, loved, and part of our extended family.

Passionate & Caring: You have a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. Creative & Enthusiastic: You bring fresh ideas to the table and have the energy to see them through. Community-Oriented: You value connections with the wider community and can engage others in meaningful ways. Dedication & Commitment: You're someone who's in it for the long haul, ready to become an integral part of our extended family. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and internal applications; with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.

We are looking for people to join our heart-centred team who will provide exceptional, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels valued, supported, and at home at The Maples.
