You will ensure that
activity and wellbeing
remain at the heart of everything we do.
Key Duties:
Plan, organise, and lead a variety of recreational activities for residents.
Encourage participation in social events, games, and outings.
Tailor activities to meet individual needs and preferences.
Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities are inclusive and beneficial.
Maintain accurate records of activities and resident engagement.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
About You:
A
bubbly, creative personality
who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to try new things.
Previous experience in a care or nursing home environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage residents -- including those living with dementia.
Passionate about promoting wellbeing and delivering high-quality care experiences.
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple activities at once.
Confident using Microsoft Office and other technology.
