e in Chorley on a temporary 6-month maternity leave contract. This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity to plan, design, and lead a variety of social and recreational activities that enrich the lives of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging activities, such as musical sessions, exercise classes, community outings, and themed events.
Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents.
Hold resident meetings to gather feedback and ideas of what they would like as part of their time living with us.
Maintain accurate records, update care plans, and manage schedules effectively.
Inspire friendships, creativity, and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or dementia environment.
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
A creative and proactive approach with a passion for making a positive difference.
A passion for exceptional, fulfilling care and making a difference to the lives of others.
