Are you someone who wants to bring joy to others? At Rise Winchester and Southampton, we're seeking compassionate, enthusiastic individuals to run seated sport sessions -- helping participants of all abilities rediscover the fun of movement.
Our seated sport sessions are designed to be accessible, uplifting, and inclusive -- led by passionate Activity Leads like you. We deliver our seated sports sessions in a range of settings, including care homes, complex needs facilities and day centres.
We have created programmes for a range of sports, including hockey, golf, football, netball, rugby, tennis, cricket and more... during these hour long sessions participants compete against each other to win the Rise trophy! As well as the seated activities, we also include brief quizzes and music, to engage participants minds as well as their bodies. You'll get full training to lead sessions that help participants have fun and stay active.
Responsibilities
Prepare sports sessions by setting up equipment before the session Lead enjoyable seated sports activities, providing clear instructions Encourage participation and teamwork Create an uplifting, inclusive atmosphere and fun environment for attendees

Requirements
A desire to make a positive impact Strong communication skills Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
