School's Out Activities runs Ofsted-registered holiday camps for children aged 4-16 at high-quality school venues. We pride ourselves on offering safe, active, and inspiring environments where children can have fun, make friends, and try new experiences during the school holidays.

The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and caring

Activity Leaders

to join our holiday camp team! You'll deliver a variety of exciting activities -- from arts & crafts to sports, team games, and themed sessions -- ensuring every child has an unforgettable experience. You'll work alongside a supportive team of experienced leaders and managers, helping to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for children of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support fun, structured activities for children aged 4-16. Supervise groups, ensuring safety, engagement, and enjoyment at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Assist with camp setup, pack-down, and daily routines. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour management procedures. Contribute to the creative planning and delivery of themed sessions and events.

About You:

Energetic, reliable, and passionate about working with children. Confident leading groups and engaging young people. A great communicator and team player. Experience working with children (e.g. in schools, clubs, or camps) is desirable but not essential -- full training is provided. Applicants must be 17+ years old.

Desirable (but not essential):

Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, sports coaching, teaching, or a related field. Paediatric First Aid certificate. Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged through us).

Pay: 488.40-744.84 per week
