We are now seeking experienced Activity Leaders to join our team and contribute to our vision of delivering exceptional educational experiences.

Culture and Progression:

At CLAN Language Schools, we are not just a team but a Clan, united in our mission to revolutionise language education. As a small startup, we offer a uniquely personal and intimate working environment where every member's contributions are visible and valued.

Founded on principles of innovation and community, CLAN embraces diversity as our strength. Celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures, languages and beliefs of our students and staff. To cultivate this engaging environment, we invest heavily in our staff, providing extensive training in leadership, first aid, and safeguarding right from the start.

By the end of your tenure with us, you'll emerge as a different person, highly experienced, more confident and ready to take on new challenges with a sense of purpose.

The Role:

You'll be a vital part of our exciting Excursion/Activity program, guiding students through unforgettable adventures that complement their language learning journey. From bustling city tours to exhilarating on-site activities, you'll play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and immersive experience.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and lead a variety of engaging activities and excursions that spark curiosity and excitement. Communicate clearly to culturally diverse students to promote the activity programme, noticeboards and rules. Focus on risk aversion through attentive observation and updating risk assessments. Collaborate with fellow Activity Leaders, the Activity Manager and our dedicated Operations team to ensure seamless coordination of excursions. Represent the company by travelling to the airport and greeting the learners. Take ownership of your group's safety, completing registers, headcounts and administering basic first aid. Support with welfare duties, taking an active role in the pastoral duties of caring for children during breaks, mealtimes and wake-up/night duty. Monitoring students' well-being by reporting and escalating any incidents through our incident report form procedure. Adhering to the CLAN Safeguarding Policy. Manage time appropriately by arriving early to set up the activity and gather resources. Embrace our company values.
