The biogas is used in a combined heat and power plant to generate renewable energy.
The role will be hands-on role operating machinery on the site, managing feedstock (organic waste) throughout the process alongside assisting in plant maintenance, general upkeep and repairs.

Control the feeding process of waste into the treatment lines such as to ensure required treatment efficiencies.
Assist with the plant operation of the AD when required and accompanying general administrative duties including recording weights & waste type for KPI's
Maximise the biogas yields of the fermenters and electricity produced by the engines.
Laboratory sampling/testing to monitor and ensure the plant is operated within the agreed parameters.
