We are currently looking for a

Adaptations Surveyor

to join the team in our Home Improvement Agency based in Bletchingley.


You will be responsible for undertaking of holistic assessments, creation of personalised outcome plans to support independent living including forms of Minor and Major Adaptations. Assessing entitlement to grants and other mean tested benefits. Providing a building surveying service for adaptations from inception to completion including all elements of costing and case oversight.


You will be working closely with our Case Workers, Technical Officers and other professionals in our adaptations team.

You will work in collaboration with other services provided by Surrey Council and other external bodies, to facilitate a seamless service for all customers, whilst ensuring that the sharing of information is conducted in accordance with Millbrook's policies and procedures.

What are we looking for



Outstanding administration and customer service skills Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Experience of managing a workload effectively Previous experience working within the public sector or with vulnerable people would be benefical Experience of working within a target driven organisation Ability to maintain excellent case records essential
