Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance, loss prevention, and emergency response. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and the grounds. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary. Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security protocols. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies.

Experience

Previous experience in a security role is essential. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation. Knowledge of first aid practices is advantageous. Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately. Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency services. A valid security licence may be required depending on local regulations.
