Admin Assistant
to help build our new property admin function.
If you enjoy creating order, coordinating tasks, and being the person who keeps things moving, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
Manage shared inboxes and respond to property queries.* Log maintenance requests and track jobs to completion.* Liaise with contractors to arrange quotes and schedule works.* Upload and maintain compliance documents and certificates.* Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support basic budget tracking.* Keep clear communication flowing between branches, suppliers, and internal teams.*
What You'll Bring
Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.* Confident Microsoft Office skills.* Clear written and verbal communication.* (Desirable) Experience in property, maintenance, facilities, or compliance admin.*
