We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Provide clerical support including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy access to information.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
This role is Monday to Friday, 9am until 3pm.
