Customer Service & Administration Assistant
on behalf of our client- a leading name in the transport and logistics sector. In this crucial role, you'll be the link between the customers and the internal teams--ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of essential paperwork. Whether it's processing Proof of Delivery documents, answering customer calls, or juggling multiple admin tasks, your attention to detail and service-first mindset will help keep everything moving.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the key communication link between our valued customers and internal teams
Recording and distributing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents within agreed timeframes
Handling a range of administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries with professionalism and care
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
What We're Looking For:
2 years' experience working in a fast paced, office environment
Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude
Highly organised and able to manage high volumes of tasks efficiently
Experience in an administrative or office support role (transport industry experience is a plus!)
A team player who thrives under pressure and always keeps the customer front of mind
Proficient in Microsoft Packages and IT systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
