We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain and organise office supplies and equipment.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
assist with bookkeeping tasks using XERO.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with office equipment and software applications.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
