As we continue to scale, we are seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to join the team and support the delivery of exceptional third-party service outcomes.
The Role
The Admin Assistant is a junior-level role within the growing Enterprise/ Copia function. The position is ideal for an individual looking to launch their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will play a vital part in supporting our clients by ensuring the accurate handling of supplier data, resolving operational and financial queries, and delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on communication, process compliance, and attention to detail, you will be the first point of contact for a range of service-related issues, while helping uphold our high standards of service delivery and transparency.

Operational Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer calls and tickets related to payment queries, bookings, and system issues.
Monitor key systems and accurately log and maintain data entries.
Follow defined processes on behalf of clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery.
Provide first-line support for our broader product and service offering.
Support entertainment booking fulfilment, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Manage and reconcile payment and charge queries through internal business systems.
Utilise Power BI dashboards to resolve queries and highlight anomalies.
Ensure internal workflows and systems are updated with accurate and timely information.
Training and Development
Comprehensive training will be provided across:
Company processes and internal systems.
Data analysis and cost reconciliation.
Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Customer service skills.
Ongoing development opportunities exist within the team for individuals looking to grow their career in technical or analytical domains.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in a customer service or service desk role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Calm under pressure with a professional tone when handling incidents.
Strong time management and reliability.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Basic experience in data analysis or business systems.
Problem-solving mindset with a technical aptitude for working with software tools.
Desirable Experience
Exposure to Power BI or Microsoft 365 administration.
Interest or experience in data analysis or business intelligence tools.
Hours
You will be required to work 40 hours per week based out of our Bristol office. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with working hours falling between 08:00 - 18:00.
