You will join a small, friendly team, who have a busy and exceptionally varied role. You will be handling telephone calls and email enquiries, and creating and managing cases on our bespoke IT system. We also undertake traditional administrative tasks, incl use of MS365, and Office Word, Excel.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident team player who has excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, local businesses and external agencies. You will need to have the ability to accurately process payments and to be confident when dealing with members of the public. You will be able to prioritise your workload and we will offer training, guidance and support in all areas of the work. Will consider part time applicants and/or full time applicants
