School Administration Assistant
Salary: NJC Grade 4 + Crawley Allowance
13 hours per week / 8.30am to 3.45pm on Thursdays & Fridays (term time only)
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and confident team player with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards. They will contribute to the office team, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the school office and its administrative functions.
We would be happy to consider candidates with limited school experience, who have a background in administration with proven attention to detail and public facing expertise.
Main Duties
Reception and general office duties
Answering phones and responding to queries
Registers and absences: Preparation of fire register
Maintain BROMCOM pupil data
Annual Reviews: post meeting administration and submittal to relevant systems/teams.

Undertake duties with professionalism and high attention to detail.
Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders
Uphold the school vision and policies
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a high-quality environment across the school that celebrates and support learning.
To be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to the appropriate person.
Duties may be varied to meet the changing demands of the school
There may be an opportunity, in the future, to increase number of days worked.
Closing date is Friday 3rd October and interviews will take place the following week.

- handling sensitive information in line with policies and procedures.
