Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient office operations.
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases using Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations to support project management activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
