We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the Directors of our self-storage facility. This role focuses on providing administrative and sales support to help ensure the smooth running of the business.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Director & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to Directors.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist with email and phone communications
Maintain confidential records and documentation
Operations Support
Assist with self-storage operational documentation, leases, and policies
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Financial & Reporting Assistance
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic record keeping
Liaise with accounting or external providers when required
Customer & Team Coordination
Support customer service escalations when necessary
Assist with tenant communications and notices
Ensure professional representation of the business.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience in self-storage, property, or real estate is an advantage but not essential
