Amber Tyres is a well-established and busy garage located in Ripley, known for our reliable service and loyal customer base. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our friendly team.
Main Responsibilities:
Process job sheets for authorisation by fleet companies
Input and manage purchase invoices accurately
Support the Service Advisor during busy periods and provide holiday cover
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries
- Provide quotes and take bookings from customers
- Order parts and handle returns with suppliers
- Take payments from customers (cash/card)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous administrative experience (motor trade experience a plus but not essential)
Be confident using computers and basic office software
Be organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
