Job Introduction

Due to the resignation of our previous postholder we are looking for the right person to take on a key role in our admin team. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our happy and dedicated team. You will need to be able to multi-task, be flexible, organised, and professional with a good sense of humour.
The successful applicant will:Be a calm, positive and effective communicator, confident in liaising with all colleagues, children, parents and outside agencies. Be keen to use initiative and thrive through a 'can do' approach to resolving problems. Have lots of energy, excellent multi-tasking skills and a good sense of humour. Understand the importance of professionalism, confidentiality and following school policies and protocols. Be IT literate and have the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English. Preferably have experience using school admin systems such as Arbor, IBC and Tucasi. Look after the welfare of children, (holding first aid qualifications or being prepared to undertake training), maintain medical records and equipment.
