We are looking for a Admin Assistant, Legal secretary to join our team at Kingsway Solicitors based in Burnage, Manchester, we specialise in road traffic accident and personal injury claims. The Admin Assistant / Junior Paralegal will perform administrative tasks to support the organisation's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. They will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Requirements:
Educated up to GCSE level
Able to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
1 year experience working in a similar role
Experience using OIC and MIB portals
experience using Proclaim
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage their task list
Develop positive relationships with partners
Regularly communicate with professionals to provide/get updates on claims
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Provide assistance or support to clients
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Schedule, plan and perform administrative duties on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Assist solicitors and paralegals in their duties.

Pay: 23,809.50-25,438.00 per year
