Admin Assistant Job at Zone Electrical Ltd in Merthyr Tydfil
We are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to work 25 hours per week in Merthyr Tydfil.
What does the job cover?
The role is to deliver an organised, efficient and effectively run office so that Zone Electrical Ltd can continue to offer a great service to our customers and clients.
The role of Admin Assistant is vital to ensure that our business can run smoothly.
The job will include managing supplier payments, sorting invoices, preparing purchase orders, submitting payroll information and organising diaries. You'll also be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and visitors to the office.
What experience is required?
We would love you to have experience of working in an office environment, ideally with knowledge of QuickBooks, AutoEntry, Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
It would also be beneficial to be experienced in electronic and physical filing and working within a document management system.
What skills do you need?
Having solid numeracy and literacy skills are essential and being able to type at speed helps too. You will be expected to have the required skills to manage computer based systems as mentioned above.
We are looking for someone that is organised, methodical and thorough in their approach to work. Calm under pressure, good at multitasking, able to prioritise jobs, willing to show initiative and have the ability to work independently.
Hours: 25 per week.
