Our business is about helping brands shine, attracting new customers and impressing existing ones.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join this small team. The role will be very varied and suit someone looking to work within this industry or graduate graphic designer. There will be plenty on opportunities to gain experience.
Initially part time flexible hours available.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the potential to take on more responsibility as the company grows.
Skilled in a variety of IT packages and systems to write letters or emails, create jobs and proposals, perform basic financial processes and record data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
Updating and reviewing the company's bespoke database, recording information adding tasks and materials, assigning these to other team members.
With training be able to create basic artwork tasks.
Make recommendations for improvements and present solutions to the team.
Maintain records and files, handling confidential information in compliance with the organisations procedures.
Understand and apply social media solutions appropriately. There will be an opportunity to take lead on their social media platforms, creating content and responding to messages and comments.
You will also:
Build and maintain positive relationships with the small team,
Demonstrate good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.
Using the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively.
Answers questions from inside and outside of the organisation.
Complete all tasks to a high standard.
