Claire Andrews Dance Academy (CADA) is a growing, vibrant dance school, and we are looking for ahighly organised, motivated, and proactive Admin & Business Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day admin and support the continued growth of the academy.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, communication, marketing, and being fully involved in a business, not just "doing admin," but helping a brand thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Managing daily admin tasks and acting as the main point of contact
Replying to emails, messages, and enquiries promptly and professionally
Chasing enquiries and converting interest into bookings
Creating, managing, and maintaining mailing lists
Writing and sending newsletters and regular communications
Planning and scheduling social media content and posts
Engaging with parents, students, the local community, and small businesses
Conducting check-in calls with parents
Ordering and managing uniform stock for the dance shop
Invoicing and basic financial admin
Supporting annual dance show planning and organisation
Managing workshop and dance camp bookings and preparation
Handling dance party enquiries and preparations
Keeping in
daily contact with the dance studio owner
and providing ongoing support
