About the Agency
We are one of NFU Mutual's Agencies, covering North and East Down and based in offices in Newtownards & Saintfield. We have excelled in providing a first-class service to our ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance, financial services and risk management sectors. About the role:
This is a new role within the agency, reflecting our plans for growth and expansion of which full training and development will be provided:
Key Responsibilities
Handle reception duties, greeting customers and managing enquiries in person and by phone professionally and efficiently
Prepare renewal documentation for dispatch, including postage.
Manage insurance claims from initial notification through to resolution providing exceptional customer support.
Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Provide administrative support to the agency, including ad hoc duties and project assistance.
About you:
A real people person with drive, energy and enthusiasm.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
Pro-active and the ability to work independently
Experience of and an understanding of the insurance/financial services sector preferable, but not essential.
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
Strong IT literacy skills.
Qualifications required:
Minimum - Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
Desired - A levels &/or degree (or equivalent)
