Admin Coordinator

Hertfordshire, United Kingdom

Job Description

Reference: BC4647
We are now working closely with an amazing organisation that we've supported for the past few years on a fully remote based temporary admin project for at least the next few months.
Working on a project like this you'd be supporting an incredible organisation that were founded to provide better access to mental health services for children and adults, going through a high level of growth and in a position now where their "high risk client" focussed team are requiring extra admin support to join/start asap.
We are looking for a small group of Administrators to join the team on a fully remote basis to provide administrative and organisational support to consultants, counsellors, psychiatrists, and the neurodiversity team that are providing support and care to their service users - Within this role you'll mainly be supporting with letters, reports, client records and emails.
This company operate fully remotely and are passionate about providing a balance and equal access to professionals that can provide support, meaning that the role of the Admin Co-Ordinators is equally as flexible and 100% remote based working.
Administration experience, organisational skills and fantastic people skills are what's needed for a position like this as you'll be dealing with many of the internal teams as well as service users, so someone with the skills above and ability to juggle and work at pace, but equally a warm and patient nature when needed are a must.
Remote based training to get you set up will be given and the equipment to do this role would be delivered to people joining this company.
Currently, the expectation is to require people for an initial period of a couple of months, and the situation will be actively reviewed as to whether that could extend if you were also interested in that.
Due to the above, they are looking at setting up this small temp team to focus on administration to start asap, this would be paying 12.21 per hour (+ holiday pay accrual) and weekly pay every Friday.
The role would be on a Monday to Friday basis, 9am to 5.30pm with an hour's lunch break but they can be slightly flexible on those hours too for the right person too if you preferred an earlier or later start/finish.
What to expect day to day:

  • Largely focussing on a backlog of administration
  • Checking clients' records and communications
  • Creating letters, prescriptions, reports and emails for clients and contacts.
What do we need from you:
  • Previous administration experience would be ideal
  • The desire and ability to work fully remotely is required
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload independently
