We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual looking for a full-time role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We are an online retailer specializing in saunas, plumbing items, water tanks, wood-burning stoves, and more. We are looking for a key team member to join us at our office in Daventry.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, has a keen eye for detail, and is a great communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Proactively call customers to provide updates, rearrange delivery schedules, and assist with any transport-related inquiries.
Data Entry:
Accurately input and maintain customer information, order details, and sales records in our database.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Problem Solving:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Extra Hours may be applicable in the future.
