Key Duties
Support architects with planning documents and drawing organisation
Assist project managers with scheduling, supplier coordination, and progress tracking
Handle client communication, emails, and phone enquiries
Maintain project files, documents, and QuickBooks entries
General office admin and calendar management
You'll Need
Strong admin and organisational skills
Confidence using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus
Great communication and attention to detail
