We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficient office management and providing excellent support to our team members.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Maintain organised records and files to facilitate easy retrieval of information
Support financial processes using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Previous clerical experience will be advantageous
