DS Kitchen is a growing food business looking for an organised and proactive
Administrative Manager
to support our operations. This role is ideal for someone confident handling paperwork, liaising with professionals, and managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a wide range of paperwork, including legal and compliance documents
Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and external advisors
Handling general administrative and office management tasks
Supporting hiring and onboarding processes
Managing appointment setting, scheduling, and calendars
Maintaining accurate digital and physical records
Assisting with contracts, policies, and internal documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
Experience handling legal or financial paperwork
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Location & Travel:
Mobile role based in
London
Occasional travel required to
Birmingham
and future franchise locations
