We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Admin Officer who is organised, proactive, and comfortable with modern digital tools, including AI, to support HR and office operations. This role is part-time for now, but there is real potential to move to full-time and hybrid working as the business grows.
What you will be doing (day-to-day)
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will support the smooth running of the office and HR functions:
Maintain and update accurate employee and company records
Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support
Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth operations
Identify and implement workflow improvements, including using AI or other digital tools
Prepare reports, manage data entry, and support management with key information
Help with ad hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to business growth
You will play a key role in keeping the business organised and efficient, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the company grows.
What we are looking for
You do not need sector-specific experience. We are more interested in administrative skills, attention to detail, and the right attitude. You will suit this role if you are:
Experienced in administration, ideally with HR support background
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and learning new digital tools
Comfortable using or exploring AI to improve efficiency
Reliable, positive, and able to work independently while supporting the team
Keen to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility
