We are seeking a highly organised and committed Admin Officer with HR Responsibilities to support the smooth running of our SEMH/SEND provision. This role is central to ensuring efficient recruitment, safeguarding compliance, high?quality administrative processes and a welcoming environment for pupils, staff, families and external professionals.

About the Role:

You will:

Support end?to?end recruitment and safer recruitment checks (DBS, references, Right to Work) Maintain accurate HR files, training logs and compliance documentation Provide administrative support across the school including communication, filing, scheduling and reporting Support safeguarding and data processes ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and GDPR compliance Management and coordination of school transport Manage daily operational routines including visitor registers and reception duties Contribute to a professional, relational and values?driven culture

About You



We welcome applicants with strong administration or HR experience, preferably in an education, SEMH or SEND setting. You will be proactive, organised, trustworthy and confident working with sensitive information. Above all, you will share our commitment to inclusion, professionalism and high?quality support for pupils and staff.
