About The Beehive Project



At The Beehive Project, our mission is to support young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental health challenges, care leavers, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASCs), and those transitioning from residential care back into the community.

We create safe, nurturing environments that promote independence, personal responsibility, and long-term wellbeing. Our accommodation and wraparound support services are tailored to empower young people aged 16-25 to build resilience, develop life skills, and pursue their goals with confidence.

Admin & Operations Support Officer

to underpin our care, property, and compliance functions.

The Role



As Admin & Operations Support Officer, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the organisation -- coordinating tasks, ensuring processes run smoothly, and supporting our leadership and frontline teams. You'll work across multiple departments and services, offering crucial administrative and organisational support to maintain high-quality delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Front-of-house support:

Answering calls and welcoming visitors to the office as the first point of contact

Post coordination:

Overseeing the collection and distribution of post from all properties across the organisation

Meter readings:

Chasing, recording, and logging utilities data across our property portfolio

Move-ins and move-outs:

Coordinating room condition assessments, repair tracking, and readiness for handover

Document control:

Maintaining compliance through accurate filing, archiving, and data management

HR support:

Assisting with staff investigations, diary management, and compliance processes

Social media coordination:

Scheduling, posting, and monitoring content, with reporting to the CEO

Personal assistance:

Supporting the organisation's founder with administrative and appointment tasks as required

GDPR & internal audits:

Ensuring data protection procedures are followed and audit trails maintained

Who We're Looking For



Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused Comfortable working independently and across departments Previous experience in admin within social care, property, or housing (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with GDPR, safeguarding, and compliance processes Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
