We are now looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to support our operations and help maintain a professional and organised office environment.
The Role
The Admin & Sales Assistant will handle general office duties, customer enquiries, and support the sales process. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. No previous experience is needed -- training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Update and maintain sales records, logs, and customer files
Assist with preparing sales documents and basic paperwork
Organise digital and physical files for smooth workflow
Support online tasks such as uploading adverts or posts
Greet customers and provide basic vehicle information
Coordinate with sales and workshop teams regarding vehicle status
Keep the office clean, tidy, and well organised
Perform general admin tasks assigned by the manager
Essential Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (email, Word, simple data entry)
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work in a small but fast-paced environment
No Experience Required
Full training provided
Suitable for students, beginners, or first-job applicants
Must be eager to learn and grow within the role
Desirable
Previous admin or customer service experience (not required)
Confidence speaking with customers
Interest in the automotive or sales industry
