The Role
As an
Admin & Sales Assistant
, you'll be working directly with our Director and team to help build and grow the Cowellmedi brand in the UK. You'll be wearing multiple hats - no two days will be the same. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a start-up vibe, loves to stay organised and isn't afraid to take the initiative.
You'll be:
Managing orders
of dental implants & components - packaging, processing and posting
Assisting with admin
- phone calls, emails, supporting the director and implant team
Generating leads
via email, social media and direct messaging
Helping manage our social media presence
- posting offers, sharing case studies, answering questions
Organising "Lunch & Learn" sessions
with for reps to attend with dentists to showcase our product range
Building relationships
- being that friendly, reliable point of contact for our customers
Nurturing sales
from enquiry to delivery

Work Schedule
This role offers flexible hours based on business needs, typically four days per week, with eight-hour shifts.
Due to the nature of the work, reliability, trustworthiness and empathy are essential. Some travel may be required for initial training or company meetings.
There will be some days at the start where you are working on your own and other days with team members
