County Town Homes - the open market sales arm of Housing Plus Group - is looking for an Admin Sales Progressor to help deliver our growing portfolio of quality new homes across South Staffordshire to work on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.

About the role



As a critical player in our dynamic sales team, you will:

Deliver accurate and timely administrative support to the Sales Team Assist in managing the customer journey from initial lead through to home handover Be a key liaison for purchasers, supporting their queries and guiding them through the sale process Maintain accurate records for all plot sales within internal systems Support the creation of marketing materials, brochures and online web content updates Previous new homes sales experience (desirable) Oversee the conveyancing process through to key handover in partnership with the Sales Team Hours of work for the role; Monday to Friday. Please note, Monday and Thursday working hours to be worked in the onsite Sales Office, the rest working from home.

We're looking for someone with:



Previous experience in a fast paced administrative environment Experience in a customer-facing role Understanding of the sales progression process, including chains, conveyancing, mortgages and surveys Excellent organisational and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communications Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
