to join our growing team, based at our Swansea city centre office. This is a varied role for someone who is organised, creative, and ready to take ownership of both behind-the-scenes admin and our online presence.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and updating diaries for the Owner and Operations Manager.
Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Creating and editing TikToks and other social media content to showcase the Haystack brand.
Supporting with scheduling, organisation, and communication across the team.
Getting involved in other projects as needed - no two days are the same!
What we're looking for:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Confident with social media platforms (especially TikTok) and basic editing tools.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
