Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
Utilise computerised systems for record-keeping and documentation.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.
Proficiently use Google Suite applications for scheduling, document creation, and collaboration.
Manage financial records, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide clerical support by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings.
Maintain an organised workspace to promote productivity within the team.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
Familiarity with data entry processes and office software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Google Suite is highly desirable.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
