to help keep our trips and operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our Admin and Volunteer Lead, managing enquiries, coordinating bookings, and keeping in touch with our passengers, volunteers, and partners.

Duties
Manage and respond to customer and volunteer enquiries
Liaise with our travel partners
Support scheduling and administration of trips
Assist with communications to volunteers and passengers
Support social media updates and engagement
Help with invoicing and debt management
Conduct outreach to new passengers and supporters
Skills and attributes:
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
Good judgement and communication
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital tools
Friendly, reliable and self-motivated
Understanding or interest in the work of The Jumbulance Trust
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
