About the Role

Job Overview

Dack Conversions is looking for an organised and proactive

Part-Time Admin Assistant

to support our conversions operation.

The key objective of this role is to

reduce the administrative workload on our technical team

, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality vehicle conversions. This is a hands-on support role that plays an important part in the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Scheduling Support

Assist with scheduling conversion and workshop jobs Update job schedules and ensure accurate records Liaise with technical staff to help plan workloads efficiently
Parts & Paperwork Administration

Support ordering and tracking of parts for conversion jobs Prepare and manage job cards, paperwork, and records Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
Customer Communication Support

Answer customer enquiries via phone and email Provide updates on bookings, job progress, and completion times Act as a professional and helpful point of contact for customers
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an admin or office support role preferred Automotive or workshop experience advantageous but not essential Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator with a professional phone manner Good attention to detail Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
Personal Attributes

Reliable and well-organised Positive, supportive, and proactive Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Team-focused with a willingness to learn
