40 hours a week - 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday (with 1-hour lunch)
21 days annual leave (plus public holidays)
We are looking for an experienced contract administrator to work along side our well-established electrical team to help look after one of Dodd Groups biggest accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to grow and develop within the role. We will teach the successful applicant to quote jobs, work alongside the Electrical contract management team and use our in house computer systems. You will need to work well within a team and be able work on your own initiative. Strong IT skills, good communication and the ability to manage time and processes are essential for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Working within a team
Updating internal programmes of work
Collating information and reports
Liaising with Clients/Contractors/Direct employees
General administration duties
Qualifications and Skills
Previous repairs and maintenance contract administration experience is essential.
Strong IT skills in basic office programs
Ability to interact at all levels from Client, Senior Management, Contract Management, Contractors and Directly Employed Operatives
