About the role;
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated individual to support with the administration tasks for our Children's Residential homes. This is an opportunity to work with a team of professionals who aim to make a rewarding difference to people's lives every day with K&G Care.
Residential homes. Whether you are new to the care sector or have experience, working within K&G care homes can be incredibly fulfilling.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative and support service to the Children's Homes Directors, Responsible Individual and the Registered Managers.
You will be efficient, competent and possess a good understanding of the administrative functions and systems used for Children's Homes, providing the leadership team and other staff with a high level of assistance, information and helpful support in relation to the data and functions of the homes.
This is an excellent opportunity that offers a varied and busy workload.
Purpose of post;
- To provide administrative support to K&G Care homes in relation to a wide range of tasks this will include;
- Staff records
- Finances, including both invoicing and payroll
- Safer recruitment process
- Logistical arrangements for training
- Meetings
- To support with Ofsted requirements and preparation for inspection.
- Maintain the company website
- It will be essential to work with information technology and associated systems in
accordance with the home's policies and procedures.
- To work with the directors, managers and staff across K&G Care to create safe homes for Children and Young people.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
