A Private estate located close to Egham in Surrey. The estate consists of a primary residence supported by a number of additional buildings as well as approximately 30 acres of gardens.
Role:
To provide accounting and administration support to the Estate Director and wider Estate Departments:
Core Responsibilities:
Accounting Administration Support
Processing departmental monthly expenses
Small scale financial management to support Estate budget reporting
Liaising with and supporting the Estate Accountancy team
Administration Support
General administration which includes data inputting / spreadsheets
Assist in the preparation/production of a wide range of correspondence, reports and presentations
Procurement Support
Support the departments in the procurement of estate equipment and supplies
Supporting departmental inventory checks of existing equipment holdings
Requirements:
Organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
English fluency, written and spoken
Experience of Accounts management
IT literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
Personal attributes of flexibility, enthusiasm, reliability, professionalism, maturity and discretion
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
