Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Admin /Accounts Assistant to join our small, friendly but very busy admin & accounts team.
This is a diverse role covering all aspects of administration & account duties and would suit an applicant with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for assisting in the following duties but not restricted to:
Supplier statement reconciliation
Fleet Vehicles - checking service, vehicle tax & MOT's are in date
Analysing and recording engineers time-sheet & expenses
Ensuring works are completed in the relevant time-frames
Customer invoice processing - assisting with checking details & costs, generating invoices and issuing to customers
Supplier invoice processing - assisting with checking details, cost & delivery, entering on to our sage accounting system
Supplier payment preparation any other ad-hoc accounts & general administrative duties requested / works issued by Managers & Directors
Processing and recording data received from engineers to jobs
Filing
Organising shipments to engineers & customers
