We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative duties, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
Answering and directing phone calls with professional phone etiquette
Managing incoming emails and correspondence efficiently
Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
Data entry and updating databases using Microsoft Excel, Dropbox and Google Drive
Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting team members with administrative projects and tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying and scanning
Preparing leter of engagements and enuring anti money laundering adminstration is compliant
Refining and streamlining internal controls and office procedures
Maintaining CRM system at all times
Assisting junior accountants with bookkeeping and supplier records organising
Date entry into excel
Assist in payroll processing during busy periods
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organisational ability are essential for success in this role
