We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in our office in Hertfordshire. This position will play a vital role in the operation and organisational strength of our company.
Duties / Key areas of responsibility
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Place orders with suppliers.
Perform basic accounting tasks in Xero, including expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Process simple orders on company software.
Aid in the Health and safety documents.
You may be required to carry out such other duties that the needs of the business require. You will not be asked to carry out any duties that are not within your capabilities.
Required Skills And Experience
Good Computer Skills
Excellent communication skills written and oral, attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet short-term deadlines
Experience in supporting small businesses is a plus
Previous book-keeping experience is preferred.
A positive 'can-do' attitude
Due to location own transport essential

Normal Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 10-3pm (Flexible)
