up to 10 hours per week, Tuesday and Thursdays, Hours to suit, in the Morningside area of Edinburgh.

12.25 per hour plus target bonus plus commission

Customer Service & E-Commerce Assistant (Temporary - Potential Permanent)

About Us


Redliners is a small, growing business based in Edinburgh. We handle online orders, stock, and customer communication from our friendly workspace above a busy hair salon.

The Role


We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable person to join our team through the Christmas period. You'll be assisting with:

Responding to customer emails and messages in a professional, friendly manner Processing online orders and payments Managing stock and packing orders Using our Amazon seller setup to list, update, and monitor products

About You



Confident with email and online communication Comfortable using Amazon seller tools (or quick to learn) Friendly, organised, and reliable Able to work independently with attention to detail

Hours & Pay



Thursdays (full day) and part-day Tuesdays Temporary until Christmas, with potential to become permanent for the right person Competitive hourly rate depending on experience
