We are a busy, family-run patisserie with a passion for creating high-quality products and providing exceptional service. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming emails and phone calls, providing excellent customer service to both customers and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Assist with creating engaging social media posts and advertising images to promote our products.
Use AI platforms and tools to support business tasks and improve efficiency.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills (in person, over the phone, and via email).
Competence in using AI platforms and understanding of social media.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content creation or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
